I had a really great stay. I thoroughly enjoyed this small hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The staff were amazingly nice and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. The daily service was excellent. Moreover, it was easy to park on-site.

I had really great days staying at this small hotel. Clean property, and the staff were very good, location was favourable in a quiet neighborhood close to the big stadium. Location: the hotel was short walk to the city center and the restaurants and bars of Parque del Perro and Parque del Perro. The lunch in Sayori Express 4-6 minutes walking distance from the venue had every choice imaginable.

The room was perfectly clean and equipped with the patio as well as hammock as described. The service here was great! Moreover, we could park the car on-site.

Everything was perfect, clean hotel, marvellous location close to the big stadium. The room was compact and en suite, had smoke detectors for the safety.

All in all room was compact and clean; also provided a tub. The beds were nice and I had television with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe.

That was excellent little and absolutely great hotel set in residential area, near bars of Parque del Perro, the church and shopping center, and the Dog Park. The employees were best and friendly. The location was good, a 10-15 minute walk from University of Valle.

The salsa in Cali is so amazing, I felt like a dancing queen! And the food, oh my taste buds were in heaven! The staff were efficient and made me feel right at home.

I loved hearing my neighbors' late night activities through the paper-thin walls, it was an unforgettable experience.

We stayed at a hotel near the big stadium. The location was convenient as there were many restaurants and bars nearby. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space. The bathroom could have been better as there was no fan. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with printing tickets. Breakfast was included and had a good selection of food. The hotel also had a nice patio area for dining and relaxing. The only downside was the room felt a bit small.

The noise during the night as some guests were loud and inconsiderate. Another issue was the size of the room, which was smaller than expected.

The staff was unresponsive to the leaking air conditioner, which wet our belongings. the hotel gate was closed without any prior warning and the contact number was not provided.

The staff were very nice, daily room cleaning done well, excellent breakfast choices, lots of hot water for showers, quiet neighborhood close to stadium, easy access to city bus service.
